Super easy to make:
- Low carb cupcakes/cake -  add melted butter (or coconut oil), eggs (or egg replacer) and milk of choice.
- Porridge - add preferred milk.
- Mug cakes - add melted butter (or coconut oil) and egg (or egg replacer)
- Low carb bread rolls - add vinegar, boiling water and 2 egg whites
- Wraps and pancakes - add preferred milk and egg

Porridge is delicious on it's own or can be topped with whipped cream/coconut cream, chopped nuts or berries for even more indulgence.

Cakes are decadent on their own or you can:
* Spread some melted dark chocolate on top for extra indulgence
* Cut in half and serve with whipped cream and berries

Low Carb Cup Cake for Christmas

A bonding experience with my 10yr old great nephew.
I supervised him making the cupcakes. How to read the recipe, measure fluids, break eggs, whisk, fold and patty pan filling.
He was actually interested in the preparation, then the eating and gave them a 10/10.
An experience at Christmas rather than present.

Ultimate low carb starter pack

I love this pack. It’s so versatile and so many great things in it. I have used Simply Swap before I found their porridge great.
IT’s especially easy to use when away on holidays. The mug cake mixes for one person when you want something really nice. I sometimes add sugar free choc chips or blue berries to mix before cooking.
I can’t wait to cook the wraps and bread rolls. They will be a real treat.
